Wong relents, telling Strange to leave him out of the mess leaving for Kamar Toj to attend to Sorcerer Supreme business. Wong warns not to cast the spell, only for Strange to reveal he already used it before to cover up a major party he had at Kamar Taj. However, Strange does feel like he owes Peter for helping defeat Thanos at the cost of both of them losing five years, offering to cast a forgetting spell to make everyone loss memory of Spider-Man's secret identity. After Peter asks him if he could rewind time to help prevent Mysterio's machinations exposed his identity, Strange reminds him that the Time Stone doesn't exist anymore and he would be risking damaging realty. Strange greets Peter, explaining that a portal is malfunctioning and stuck open to a mountain and also that he lost the title of Sorcerer Supreme to Wong when he got Blipped. So he pays a visit to the New York Sanctum, finding it filled with snow and a cold breeze coming from the upstairs.
